This statistic shows the result of a survey on the favorite ethnic restaurant type in Sweden in 2018. That year, the majority favored Italian restaurants, with a share of 89 percent. Thai food was popular too, with 80 percent of respondents stating to love eating there. Greek, Mexican and Chinese restaurants were also among the top five places for eating out in Sweden.
