In a research that involved asking voice assistants questions about consumer brands, it was found that a majority of the voice assistants consulted Wikipedia for the correct answer. According to the findings, Samsung's Bixby used Wikipedia as the source for 88 percent of all correctly answered brand name queries, while 99 percent of correct answers by Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri also cited Wikipedia as the information source.
