The installed electricity generation capacity in Cuba added up to nearly 6.8 gigawatts in 2021, up bz 1.7 percent compared to a year earlier. This represents the highest figure reported since at least 2014. Meanwhile, the monthly electricity consumption in Cuba averaged 267 kilowatt hours per customer that year.
