Impact of EUSFTA on Swedish companies in Singapore 2019
In a survey conducted among Swedish companies in Singapore, 44 percent of those companies surveyed believed that the European Union-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (EUSFTA) would have no impact on their business operations. EUSFTA is a bilateral trade agreement that not only includes the traditional components of removal duties and non-tariff barriers, but other additional aspects such as important provisions on intellectual property protection, investment liberalization, public procurement, and sustainable development.
