According to a survey conducted by Ipsos on predictions for global issues, 73 percent of Chinese respondents believed it likely that their country will win more medals at the 2020 Summer Olympics than four years ago. In the same survey, respondents from Germany were the most pessimistic regarding winning medals at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
