DALYs attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder Indian states 2017 by SDI
In 2017, the highest DALY rates attributed to attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder was seen in Maharashtra, categorized as a high SDI state with 6.2. DALYs or disability adjusted life years is a metric used to quantify the overall disease burden which is the number of years that are lost as a result of ill-health, disability or premature death. Furthermore, in Meghalaya, a medium SDI state recorded a DALY rate of 5.4. By contrast, the lowest DALY rate relative to attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder was seen in Goa, which is again is a high SDI state with 2.2.
