Mental ill health affecting the work of doctors in the UK in 2019, by age
According to a survey carried out in 2019, 42.3 percent of doctors in the United Kingdom aged between 35 and 44 years reported they were suffering from depression, anxiety, burnout, or stress which was affecting their work. Additionally over 41 percent of doctors aged 25 to 34 years said that their work was affected by mental ill health.
