29 percent of the French rated their feeling of security during their cycling activities in 2019 on a scale 3 out of 6 possible points. From an overall perspective, further 32 percent rated it on a scale 4 or upwards, according to a survey led by the Fédération des usagers de la Bicyclette (French Federation of cyclists).
* This survey includes a series of 26 questions classified in five categories: general feeling, safety, comfort, importance of bicycles, parking.
For each of these questions, an answer between 1 (the worst) and 6 (the best) is expected.
