Quality of financial advisors' service worldwide

As of 2018, investors worldwide were overall satisfied with the quality of the service received by their primary financial advisor. Traditionally advised investors were particularly satisfied with the service of their advisor, with 57 percent of them rating it as very valuable. On the other hand, only 40 percent of robo-advised investors perceived the advice provided by their advisor as very valuable.
