In the first half of 2021, the United States was the largest foreign investor into the industrial and logistic real estate sector in the United Kingdom (UK). During that period, the U.S. accounted for 72 percent of capital investments. In comparison, the runner-up Singapore was responsible for only seven percent of investment.
