KPMG: gender distribution of global staff

In 2023, the total global workforce of KPMG was composed of roughly 49 percent women and 51 percent men. Differences in the distribution of positions among male and female employees was more evident within leadership levels: men represented almost three quarters of employees in leadership positions in the corresponding year.
