Expected cyber budget changes in Canadian and global organizations 2022
As of October 2021, 67 percent of organizations in Canada anticipated an increase in their cyber budget in 2022, compared to 69 percent of organizations worldwide. Around 21 percent of the surveyed tech and security executives based in Canada estimated a change between six percent and 10 percent. Canadian organizations that expected their cyber budget to rise by 15 percent and more correspondent to six percent of the total.
