In a survey conducted across Southeast Asian markets in September 2023, 63 percent of respondents stated convenience as one of the advantages to using telehealth, with telehealth enabling patients to get remote medical consultations without the need to go to a hospital or clinic. In contrast, 26 percent of the respondents in the region named reasonable fees as one of telehealth's advantages.
