
Most used social commerce platforms by digital shoppers in the U.S. 2023
A study conducted in August 2023 revealed that Facebook was the top social network for shopping in the U.S., with 20.6 percent of digital shoppers reporting using it for this purpose in the month before the survey. Instagram ranked second, with 11.8 percent of U.S. shoppers, followed by YouTube with 10.7 percent.
