This statistic shows the average fuel efficiency of commercial vehicle fleets by weight of the vehicle according to commercial vehicle fleet operating companies in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2013 and 2014, in miles per gallon. As can be expected, larger vehicles attained fewer miles to the gallon. Fuel efficiency was shown to improve slightly in 2014 for vehicles heavier than 7.5 tonnes
