UK: quarterly public electricity distribution and losses 2012-2019

Since 2012, transmission and other losses of the public electricity system tended to be higher on the first and last quarter of each year, which is the same trend of the electricity consumption in the United Kingdom. Throughout these years, figures peaked in the first quarter of 2015, at 9.6 terawatt hours worth of electricity lost. By the fourth quarter of 2019, transmission and other losses decreased to 6.69 terawatt hours.
