U.S. adolescents receiving nonmedication mental health services from school 2010-2012
This statistic displays the percentage of U.S. adolescents aged 12 to 17 who have received nonmedication mental health services from school providers for serious emotional or behavioral difficulties within the last six months, by gender and school service setting, between 2010 and 2012. During these years, 35.4 percent of boys between 12 and 17 years with serious emotional or behavioral difficulties received nonmedication mental health services from a special program within a regular school.
