This statistic displays the monthly trend in volume sales of the total retail trade in the Netherlands from August 2016 to November 2021. Retail trade sales volumes in the Netherlands increased gradually until 2020, where it had strong fluctuations. After dropping to an all-time low of 99.9 in January 2021, retail sales volume increased rapidly and peaked at an index level of 125 in May 2021. As of November 2021, retail trade sales volume in Netherlands stood at an index level of 120.1.
