Prime rent of office real estate in Lille Q4 2013 - Q4 2019
The prime office rent of offices in Lille, France increased slightly from the fourth quarter of 2013 to the fourth quarter of 2019. By 2019, the yearly rent of office space reached 240 euros per square meter - the same as in the fourth quarter of 2018 and the highest prime rent reached during the period under observation. The prime rent for office real estate in Lille grew by only 20 euros per square meter since the fourth quarter of 2013, when it stood at 220 euros per square meter per year.
