The survey was based on the classification of occupations from 2010.
The Federal Employment Agency defined social security contributions as follows: Hotel "social insurance contributions include all workers, health, pension, nursing insurance and / or contributions that are governed by the law of employment promotion or those paid by the statutory pension scheme or under the law of employment promotion. This includes in particular trainees, aging part-time employees, interns, students and those with employment in community service statutory duties (eg military exercise). Not subject to social insurance contributions are civil servants, self-employed, unpaid family workers, professional and regular soldiers, and military and civilian service (see above exception).- (as of 02/2011) "
