Norway: broadband penetration rate in private households, by county 2018

As of the fourth quarter of 2018, Svalbard had a penetration rate of broadband subscriptions in households of nearly 99 percent, while Oslo had the highest penetration rate among counties, of roughly 94 percent that year.
