Between 2017 and 2018, moped imports from China decreased considerably. While in 2017 Chinese exports accounted for over 70 percent of the import volume, in 2018 this figure fell to 42 percent. That year, Italy bought roughly 41 percent of imported mopeds from other Asian countries.
