Italy: attitudes towards traditional TV 2017

This statistic shows the attitudes of the Italian population aged between 16 and 75 towards traditional television in 2017. According to the survey, the majority of respondents (44 percent) would miss traditional television if they could not watch it anymore, and one in ten respondents stated that it was their main evening pastime. By contrast, one in three respondents already enjoys alternatives to traditional TV, such as watching programs on their PC and tablets (22 percent) or smart TVs (9 percent).
