The amount of carbon dioxide emitted by Hungary is expected to decrease by 2050, reaching a total of 36.6 metric tons of carbon dioxide by 2050.

By 2050, the total amount of carbon dioxide emitted by the European Union is expected to reach 2352.6 metric tons.
