This statistic shows the per capita consumption of oil in Spain in 2018, by type and in liters. Spaniards mostly consumed olive oil with an average consumption per person of 3.83 liters. Sunflower oil was Spain's second most popular oil, reaching figures of 3.78 liters per head. Sales of oil have also been studied by distribution channel.
