Most popular ancillary services among air passengers in Italy 2016

As of 2016, the most frequently purchased airline ancillary service in Italy were seat reservations. According to the survey, four in ten Italian passengers (44 percent) had booked a seat, while a third of respondents (32 percent) had purchased a travel insurance. Moreover, 30 percent of travelers had used airport parking services, and one in four respondents had purchased additional baggage.
