In early 2019, Telepizza was the fast-food franchise with the largest number of outlets in Spain, followed by McDonald's. The number of outlets for each of these franchises surpassed 500. In that same year, the Italian food chain La Tagliatella was the leading full-service restaurant franchise in the Iberian country.
