According to data, the overall value in 2011 was approximately equal to 20 million euros, divided into dry pasta and fresh pasta. Dry pasta registered a remarkably higher value, if compared to fresh pasta. The overall value of organic pasta production doubled in 2016, reaching to 54 million euros.
