The most common purpose of use of electronic state and municipal services in Russia was to obtain information from official websites and portals, which was done by nearly 71 percent of the population who received public services in 2022. Moreover, approximately 60 percent of them made appointments online and 58 percent transferred mandatory payments via the internet.
