COVID-19 impact on mobile shopping India 2020

Use of smartphones for mobile shopping had dropped considerably as per the results of a survey on the impact of coronavirus pandemic on media usage across India. About 58 percent of the survey respondents stated to have used smartphones to shop online between March 28 to April 3, 2020. In comparison, over 67 percent of the respondents stated to have shopped online via their smartphones in the week commencing on January 13, 2020 before the coronavirus outbreak in the country.
