Russia: constitutional voting participation intention 2020

The share of Russians planning to cast their ballot in the all-national voting on constitutional amendments increased between February and June 2020. The voting, which was due to take place in April 2020, was postponed to June and July 2020 because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Nearly 78 percent of Russians voted for the legislative changes.
