Leagues displaying social justice messages on court to end police brutality U.S. 2020
Following a series of high profile instances of police brutality and racial inequality in the United States in 2020, several sports leagues displayed messages promoting social justice, such as ’Black Lives Matter,’ on their courts or fields to bring awareness to the situation.
