As of August 2020, Russians were most often willing to pay for their children's first bachelor's degree. Furthermore, 43 percent of the respondents did not deny the possibility to pay for their child's second higher education, and 16 percent would financially support their kids in pursuing a PhD. As for their own training, the largest share among those who would agree for paid services was recorded for the first higher education degree.
