Import of wheat and flour into Algeria 2017-2022
In 2021/2022, with data as of July 2021, Algeria imported nearly 7.7 million metric tons of wheat and flour. The import of these products declined annually from 2017 to 2020, while it increased in the following years. Cereals represent the main food products imported into Algeria, which is one of the world's largest cereal importing nations.
