Share of young people having been exposed to revenge porn in France 2020
Revenge porn in French, is sexually explicit content that is publicly shared online without the consent of the person or people appearing in it, which makes the act a form of "revenge". In France in 2020, the rate to which young people aged 18 to 30 have been exposed to revenge porn practices was fairly low. However, when they did encounter it, about 16 percent had been exposed to it multiple times compared to ten percent only once. When asked to which rate men and women had or would ever engaged in such practices, women were more reluctant than men.
