Decline in spending on some categories during COVID-19 in Vietnam 2020-2021
As surveyed by Infocus Mekong in Vietnam, there was a nine percent decline in intention to spend on home renovations among respondents in 2021, compared to the year before. Similarly, the motorcycle category saw a decrease of eight percent in purchase intention, and the intention to buy insurance was four percent lower than the previous year.
