In 2020, a survey found out that the time span from return to refund in the customers’ account was between one to five days in 38 percent of the cases. In 30 percent of the cases the awaiting time exceeded six days and was up to ten. Just a minority of cases, 22 and five percent respectively, took longer than 11 or 15 days to complete the return and refund process.
