Remote work difficulties in Angola 2020
Remote work was appreciated by most of the workers in Angola as of 2020. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Angolan companies offered the possibility to work from home to safeguard employees and keep operations going during the restrictions imposed by the outbreak. Despite the overall satisfaction, 84 percent of respondents reported difficulties while working from home. Conciliating personal life with work was an issue for 49 percent of the surveyed workers, while 38 percent had internet issues.
