Frequent use of mobile banking seems to improve the overall banking satisfaction among young bankers in the United States. Frequent mobile banking users, referred to users who used mobile banking at least once in every two weeks in the last year, were more satisfied with their primary bank than light mobile banking users and nonusers. Around 70 percent of both Gen Z and Millennial frequent bank users were "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with their primary bank, compared to 38 and 44 percent of nonusers.
