Purposes of internet usage by children in Turkey 2021

The dominant reasons of children for using the internet were mostly education-related in Turkey in 2021. After the schools switched to online education during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the majority of children used the internet to attend online classes and do research for their homework. In addition, 66 percent of the kids used the internet to play or download online games, placing it third on the list.
