Turkey: sending and receiving e-mails 2008-2020

In 2020, 34 percent of Turkish internet users went online to send and receive e-mails. The share of people using the internet for this purpose did not increase since 2019, however since 2008 ten percent more people in Turkey used the internet to send and receive e-mails. Compared to the average usage of e-mails in the EU-27 which lay at 75 percent, the share of internet users in Turkey was very low.
