In this case the index figure or the points refer to the mean performance among those familiar with the brand, and is based on six different assessment dimensions: general impression, quality, price-performance-ratio, customer satisfaction, readiness to recommend and employer image. Therefore, the index figure used for this ranking is a mean share among the net promoters among all those familiar with a brand.
