According to a survey conducted in 2021 among South Korean consumers of regular milk, almost 52 percent of respondents stated their reason for choosing regular milk over sterilized milk was that it was closer to natural foods and fresher due to the low processing level. Almost the same amount of respondents said they consumed regular milk because they liked the taste.
