A March 2023 survey found that 58 percent of respondents felt that AI could be a helpful tool for game developers, but only if used carefully and responsibly.

Original question: "How would you describe your overall opinion on the use of AI by game developers?"
This study included 1,001 participants from the U.S. and 503 participants from the United Kingdom between 18 and 64 years. Participants were selected to be representative, in terms of age and gender, of the demographic profiles of gamers in both markets.
