Monthly room occupancy rate in serviced accommodation in the UK 2017-2020

Approximatley 65 percent of rooms in serviced accommodation establishments in the UK were occupied in February 2020. Figures for the start of the year, prior to the government's lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, were on par with 2019. Results for bed-space occupancy showed a similar trend.

Serviced accommodation includes hotels, guesthouses and bed and breakfast accommodation.
