Level of satisfaction with pay TV services in Mexico 2021, by provider
During a survey conducted among users of telecommunications services in Mexico in April and May 2021, Totalplay scored the highest index value in the perceived quality category with 76.6 points on a scale from zero to 100. Totalplay belongs to a conglomerate known as Grupo Salinas, headquartered in Mexico City. Grupo Televisa ranked second in perceived quality with a score of 72.9 points. The company runs a series of pay TV provider brands, such as Cablemás and izzi. It also owns most of Sky's operations in Mexico, Central America, and the Dominican Republic.
