Peru: education level by area of residence 2017
In 2017, approximately 13 percent of the population aged 25 years and older living in rural areas had reached a level of pre-primary education. This figure was equal to 3.3 percent for people living in urban areas. In 2016, expenditure on education in the country amounted to 42 billion Peruvian soles.
