Bed-place occupancy rates in hotels in Hungary 2012-2020
The occupancy rate of bed places in Hungarian hotels increased continuously between 2012 and 2019, reaching its highest point at 41.9 percent. Over the following year, however, bed-place occupancy rates dropped to 23.4 percent due to the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
