The results of a survey conducted among women about human papillomavirus (HPV) prevention measures and suggestions they usually get from gynecologists in Italy in 2024 are presented here. According to the data, most of the women interviewed, with more than 83 percent, declared their gynecologists emphasized the importance of undertaking a Pap test. Only 29 percent of respondents declared they were suggested by a gynecologist to get the HPV vaccination.
