In 2023, a Statista survey conducted among Mexican consumers about online food delivery bookings by brand found that 71 percent of respondents had used DiDi Food in the past 12 months to order food. Uber Eats took second place, with 68 percent of those surveyed using the food delivery platform. These results are based on a representative online survey conducted in 2023 among 1,009 consumers in Mexico.
